Intellica executed lots of projects with the product of ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) and gained deep knowledge. Standard maintanence service provided with ODI product by Oracle is limited to Oracle Metalink.
Intellica provides support for problems related to ODI or support needs via telephone or as on-site support within the ODI Support Services Agreement. Intellica offers value added maintenance services to present more effective and faster solutions for possible problems about usage of ODI product. Intellica ODI Support Services Agreement covers the following services:
Questions and problems about product features or usage.

Support via phone/skype or on-site support for problems with ODI in projects of integration and data warehouse.
Participating in ODI workshops which are held once in a year.

Support via Phone/Skype

Intellica ODI consultant provides support in working hours via phone or Skype without limits when support is needed. Customer ID number, Skype user name and Intellica ODI support phone number will be given after signing the maintanence agreement and the support process will start.

On-Site Support

Intellica ODI consultant solves problems that customers faced by visiting customers when on-site support is more suitable for those problems.

Remote Access Support

Detection and solution of problems will be provided by connecting a machine of the customer which is ODI is installed in.
